Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine preventative maintenance.
• Two years or more of combined classroom training and work experience in the required area.
• Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire and pass Ryder drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computer when applicable.
