Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid Class A, B, or C Driver’s license and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic knowledge or experience in automotive, diesel or heavy equipment diagnostics and repair.
• Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Gains understanding of parts, processes, and maintenance techniques as instructed.
• Completes work orders and performs maintenance tasks following inspections.
• Adheres to safety policies to ensure safe operations.
• Assists senior technicians on preventative maintenance inspections and larger projects.
• Identifies issues affecting equipment availability and operator safety.
• Performs brake, hydraulic, tire, and other component adjustments as needed.
