You’ll work with experienced supervisors and master technicians, learning Penske’s vehicle maintenance processes and technician certification programs, with opportunities for growth and a stable career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools; good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools/technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and some electrical/cooling system repairs on gas/diesel engines.
• Collaborate with manager to learn new skills through Penske training and hands-on coaching.
• Engage in other projects as assigned by supervisor.
