Penske Truck Leasing, Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Technician to join our maintenance team and perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet, helping customers keep vehicles on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
• Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs—like replacing or rotating tires—and completing vehicle component lubrication and replacement, some electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehicles
• Partner with your manager to learn new skills using Penske's technician training and hands‑on coaching
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
