Ryder System, Inc. in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Mid-Level Diesel Technician to maintain and repair heavy-duty vehicles on the second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification post secondary degree or technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Identifies root causes and repairs as required.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine issues.
