Job summary

All Roads Trucks is seeking a Diesel Technician for the 2nd shift in Baltimore. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks, delivering accurate repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires experience with diesel vehicles and a strong mechanical aptitude. Compensation ranges from $22 to $45 per hour, with production bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, 2nd shift — Monday–Friday 1:30pm - 10pm
