Job summary

WMH Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair forklifts, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, and material handling systems in the Madison and Huntsville area. This is a local, customer-facing role where you will manage service calls independently, solve complex problems, and take ownership from diagnosis through completed repair.

Ideal candidates have direct forklift experience or related diesel, construction, or industrial maintenance

Madison / Huntsville, AL | Monday–Friday | Local Field Service

Pay: Competitive; based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Territory: Madison, Huntsville, and surrounding North Alabama customer locations

WMH Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair forklifts, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, and material handling systems throughout the Madison and Huntsville area.

This is a local, customer-facing field service role for a technician who can independently manage service calls, solve complex equipment problems, communicate professionally, and take ownership from diagnosis through completed repair.

You will receive a take-home service van, fuel card, paid travel time, diagnostic technology, OEM training, and the internal support needed to perform your best work.

Direct forklift experience is highly valued, but it is not the only path into this role. Experienced diesel, heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, fleet, automotive, military, and industrial maintenance technicians are encouraged to apply.
