Transdev in Summit County, CO is seeking a C-Level Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines across various vehicles and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity of our fleet.

• Competitive pay: $45.00 – $48.00 per hour
• Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.25/hr additional for each ASE Certification you hold or earn

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance, safety, and annual inspections
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, transmissions, and more
• Complete work orders accurately
• Assist with road calls and emergency services as needed

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement or obtain within 90 days
• Minimum 5 years of automotive/diesel maintenance or relevant education and experience
• Mechanic’s toolset
• ASE certifications required; willingness to participate in company program
• Subject to DOT drug testing; no Schedule I drugs allowed

Physical Requirements

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Sit, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, crouch
• Work in traffic, dust, fumes, and noise
