Job description

I-State Truck Center is seeking Diesel Mechanic/Technician(s) of all skill levels for our Blaine, Minnesota location. We are looking for candidates specializing in Freightliner, Detroit, Allison, Cummins, CAT products, MTU, and more. We offer highly competitive wages!

Pay Range: Starting at $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related components in trucks, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Ensure quality control to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update paperwork accurately and timely.
• Meet certification requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license; CDL holders are bonus candidates.
• Work effectively with the team and communicate clearly.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
• Excellent understanding of Detroit Diesel engines (GHG17); experience with Cummins, CAT, and International engines is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift and work with no restrictions.
