Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers.
• Change oil, filters, and fluids.
• Assist drivers with breakdown support and troubleshooting.
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Prep, wash, and clean trucks.

Every day, our fleet keeps goods moving and customers served. Our PM team plays a critical role in making that happen by ensuring trucks are safe, serviced, and road-ready before they leave the yard. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions. A positive attitude and strong work ethic go a long way here. Experience working on vehicles, equipment, machinery, or farm equipment is a plus. If you've spent time helping with maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting mechanical issues, we encourage you to apply.

Position Requirements

• Auto or diesel mechanical experience preferred

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$23/hour based on experience
• $2/hour shift differential
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Saturdays as needed
• On-call rotation with additional pay opportunities
