Williams NationaLease in Normal, IL is seeking a Diesel Mechanic for our PM shop. The role focuses on keeping tractors and trailers road-ready through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. You will work in a team to ensure trucks meet safety and reliability standards.

The ideal candidate has diesel or PM technician experience, basic hand tools, and a valid driver's license. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift and on-call opportunities with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Diesel or PM technician experience required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers.
• Change oil, filters, and fluids.
• Identify worn or damaged parts and perform repairs.
• Handle component replacements and prep/clean trucks.
