The ideal candidate has diesel or PM technician experience, basic hand tools, and a valid driver's license. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift and on-call opportunities with potential for overtime.

Williams NationaLeaseis hiring a tractor-trailer Diesel Mechanic for our PM shop in Normal, IL. Every day, our fleet keeps goods moving and customers served. The PM team makes it happen by ensuring trucks are road-ready before they leave the yard. Your role is critical—keeping our fleet healthy, productive, and on the road where it earns.

Position Requirements

• Diesel or PM technician experience
• Basic hand tools and toolbox
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$32/hour based on experience
• $2/hour shift differential
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Saturdays as needed
• On-call rotation with additional pay opportunities
