Usedtrucks is seeking a hands-on diesel foreman in Los Angeles to lead advanced diagnostics and coach technicians on repair quality. This role requires strong diesel diagnostic abilities and a valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities include assigning repair tasks, monitoring repairs, and ensuring a no-comeback repair mindset. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of heavy-duty truck repair experience and excellent organization skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medium-duty or heavy-duty truck repair experience.
• Strong diesel diagnostic ability.
• Ability to lead technicians without losing credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and coach technicians.
• Assign jobs based on technician skill and workload.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy.
