Rush Enterprises is seeking a Diesel Shop Foreman Technician in Texas to lead a team of diesel mechanics, assign work, and ensure quality repairs. You will recruit and mentor staff, coordinate repairs, road-test vehicles, and monitor productivity with the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ related shop and technician supervision experience.
• Insurability with Company’s carrier.

• Recruit, hire, and motivate diesel mechanics.
• Assist mechanics in developing skills with Service Manager support.
• Schedule repair work and assign technicians to segments matching skill level.
