Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. seeks a Shop/Field Supervisor to direct and manage service operations at the location. You will coordinate shop and field workflows, ensure appropriate staffing, and uphold safety regulations to deliver timely, quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with diesel tech training, 2–3 years in a lead role, and 5+ years in diesel tech, ideally Caterpillar. Proficiency in MS Office and basic database systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; vocational diesel technology training preferred.
• 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• 5+ years of diesel technology experience preferred, preferably with Caterpillar equipment.

Responsibilities
