Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a Diesel Service Technician / Mechanic at the Wichita Falls location. This role performs heavy-duty mechanical repair under supervision and participates in a development program to achieve Service Journeyman status.

You will work on engines, fuel and electrical systems, transmissions, and brakes, attend training, keep a clean work area, and follow safety procedures. CDL preferred and at least three years hands-on experience or vocational training are

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or valid CDL
• Minimum three years hands-on experience or graduate of vocational courses
• A/C, Brake and DOT Annual Inspector Certifications required
• Must bring necessary tools to perform responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in heavy-duty mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Work on engines, fuel systems, electrical and brakes with supervision.
• Attend training sessions and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain neat workspace and communicate needs to supervisor.
