Kenly 95 Petro Travel Center is seeking a Diesel Service Advisor / Service Writer for an evening, full-time role. You will be the key link between customers and diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and providing timely updates on status and costs. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume diesel service environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using computers and service management software.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Diesel Service Writer, Automotive Advisor, or Customer Service Representative is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
