Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• CDL is preferred (+$1.00/hr CDL bonus).
• OE Training/ASE Certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must possess experience/knowledge of the diesel/automotive/transportation industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Develop strong customer relationships with drivers, fleet managers, and technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure service quality.
• Prepare estimates and invoices with attention to detail.
• Work independently and in teams; show leadership and customer service focus.
• Be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
