Clarke Power Services, Inc. in Antioch, CA is seeking a Service Advisor - Customer Support Representative to interpret customer needs on the phone or in person and coordinate parts and service accordingly.

You will open and close tickets, quote labor and parts, and work with our scheduling system to ensure timely service. A high school diploma and diesel/auto or customer-service experience are required, with a valid driver's license and CDL a plus.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous diesel/auto technical or customer service experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close parts and service tickets for warranty and customer pay invoices.
• Identify parts or service needs via phone or in person and schedule in our system.
• Quote labor and parts and determine charges for service requested.
• Solicit sale of new or additional parts or services.
• Read manuals to ascertain part type and specification.
• Enter and update customer orders in our computer system.
• Prepare clear repair orders and enter details accurately in the system.
