M&D is seeking a Sales Representative Assistant to support the Sales team by processing orders, preparing quotes, and helping customers. The role includes handling phone orders, creating quotes, and coordinating with a designated Sales Representative to ensure customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes strong communication, basic customer service knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; pre-employment background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong typing, grammar, and written/spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of basic customer service principles.

Responsabilités

• Process designated orders, including orders taken over the phone.
• Create and complete customer quotes, and verify web orders as needed.
• Work directly with a designated Sales Representative.
• Assist Sales Representatives with returns and warranties.
• Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to a Tech or the parts department based on customer needs.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Answer customer questions and follow up with customers.
