Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management at the Martin Brower facility in Phoenix invites a Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet of tractors and trailers. The role requires diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing equipment, with documentation of work orders and preventive maintenance using our EAM system.

The position offers a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with pay ranging from $33.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR under DOT regulations.
• CDL is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders and preventive maintenance in the online system.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety standards.
