Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management in Coatesville, PA is hiring several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technician A's to perform repairs and maintenance on tractors and trailers at the Martin Brower shop.

Shift options include Monday–Friday night or afternoon schedules with pay ranging from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour based on experience. The position offers PTO, 401K, insurance, and incentive pays; some roles require CDL and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR under DOT regulations to operate company vehicles.
• CDL License A is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic tools when applicable.
• Perform complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, Reyes Fleet Management standards and safety practices.
