Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician in Logan Township, NJ. Join a long-established, family-owned leader with a broad network of maintenance shops and a strong local presence.

Role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for Class 1–8 trucks, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Evening shift, CDL required or obtainable with company trainer, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a fleet, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Experience or formal training diagnosing and repairing Class 1-7 diesels.
• Valid CDL Class A or B or ability to obtain with company trainer.
• Hand tools and ability to work the stated shift.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles.
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes using OEM software and warranty procedures.
• Repair or replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments.
• Replace clutches and transmissions.
