Benefits and Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour
- Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 four times per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
- Hours: First shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational/Technical certifications or post-secondary degrees preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (AC, electrical systems)
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred
- All other location-specific certifications required
Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with heavy and medium-duty vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Proficiency with computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc.
Driving Requirements
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
- Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks, including drug and alcohol verification for the past 3 years

Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and diagnostics
- Complete mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision
- Replace defective components as instructed
- Work independently on most tasks
- Perform facility maintenance duties
- Interact with customers/drivers to identify issues
- Use shop management systems and electronic documentation
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Mentor Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels
- Access and utilize maintenance documents
- Support operations as needed, including Service Island duties
- Complete SBT220 training within 180 days
- Complete OEM diagnostic software courses as required
