Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in automotive gas or diesel engine repair including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, AC, and electrical systems
• At least 3 years relevant work experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• All certifications required by location

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with heavy and medium-duty repairs and diagnostics
• Computer skills: PC, Windows

Driving Requirements

• Must obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, component replacements, and inspections
• Perform facility maintenance duties
• Interact with customers/drivers to identify issues
• Use shop management and electronic documentation systems
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Mentor junior technicians
• Access and utilize maintenance documents
• Support operations as needed, including service island duties
• Complete OEM diagnostic courses and SBTIII training within specified timeframes
