Titan Machinery in Minnesota is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery. You will deliver timely service, communicate findings to the service team and customers, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and technical work on diesel machinery per manufacturer specs.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly to Service Manager and customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to maintain current knowledge and service capabilities.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
