Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment, delivering high-quality workmanship and timely service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of diesel machinery per manufacturer specs.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, team, and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
