Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Thorough equipment and system inspections; follow lockout/tagout procedures
• Execution: Assemble, repair, and preventive maintenance with adherence to specs
• Equipment Operation: Use diagnostic tools to identify problems on sweepers, loaders, and backhoes
• Material Handling: Safely manage parts, lubricants, and fluids; proper disposal
• Reporting: Report issues or safety concerns to management
• Communication: Inform operators and team about repairs and parts needs
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete service reports and safety checklists
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Adjust approaches to reduce downtime
• Attendance: Maintain regular, on-time shift attendance
