Reyes Fleet Management in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to repair and maintain our tractor and trailer equipment at the Reyes Beverage Group facility. The role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to service heavy fleet assets.

Shift is Tue-Fri 12:30pm-9:00pm and Sat 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay is $29-$31/hr depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits, incentive pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per DOT regulations.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs.

• Inspect, repair and perform routine preventative maintenance of fleet equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance in AssetWorks accurately.
• Work on vehicles and fleet equipment.
• Assist diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using tools and manuals.
• Comply with DOT/OSHA Reyes standards and safety practices.
• Maintain driver qualification files and complete DOT drug screening as required.

Shift: Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00/hr, depending upon experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine preventative maintenance of Fleet Equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs.
• Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system.
• Vehicles and Fleet Equipment.
• Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
• This position requires driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMSCA Clearinghouse review.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 2 plus years of related experience
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
• Ability to frequently lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 100 pounds
