Job description

Join to apply for the Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A role at Martin Brower UK and Ireland.

Reyes Fleet Management is looking to hire several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technician A's to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at our new Martin Brower shop in Philadelphia. These positions will be based out of Coatesville until the new shop opens in Q4 2025.

Shifts Available:

  • Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am - 3:30pm
  • Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
  • Sunday-Wednesday OR Tuesday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay: $35.00-$41.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, including diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
  • Complete thorough documentation for work orders using the online AssetWorks system.
  • Operate a company vehicle for roadside service calls.
  • Ensure equipment has the required licensing and registration before deeming it "roadworthy".
  • Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and cameras (DriveCam).
  • Follow safety policies and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Own tools (minimum tool requirement).

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Technical School Certification.
