Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a diesel mechanic for outdoor work in all weather, repairing diesel and gasoline engines. You will diagnose failures, maintain equipment, and document procedures. A CDL is preferred, and the role requires physical strength to lift up to 100 pounds and 3 years of related experience or mechanics training.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience directly related to the duties or mechanics school graduate (Heavy equipment diesel engines and transmissions).
• Must have a valid driver's license, Class A or B commercial driver's license preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds unassisted.
• Requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures
• Provide repair and maintenance to diesel and gasoline engines
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Assist other mechanics as needed
• Document issues and procedures
