Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled diesel mechanic for a role in our network of heavy equipment service sites. You will diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engines, perform routine maintenance, and keep work areas safe and organized. Outdoor work in all weather conditions is required.

Must have 3 years related experience or mechanics school graduate, with a valid license; CDL preferred. Lifting up to 100 pounds and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment diesel engines and transmissions.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures
• Provide repair and maintenance to diesel and gasoline engines
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Assist other mechanics as needed

Qualifications

• 3 years experience directly related to the duties or mechanics school graduate (Heavy equipment diesel engines and transmissions)
• Must have a valid driver's license, Class A or B commercial driver's license preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds unassisted
• Requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
