GFL Environmental Inc. in Wisconsin is looking for a heavy-duty diesel truck maintenance technician to safely operate, repair, rebuild and maintain company-owned or leased equipment. Starting pay is $28-$33/hr with additional pay based on experience and certifications.

Shift starts at 12pm with 8-10 hour days, Monday through Friday, and overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include PTO, tool allowance, boot reimbursement, health coverage after 60 days, and a 401(k) after 6 months.

Formación

• Experience maintaining heavy-duty diesel trucks.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and brake systems.
• Willingness to work 12pm shift with OT after 40 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep Refuse Trucks operating safely and reliably.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure fleet vehicles are ready for daily operation.

Safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on Company owned or leased heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment including rolling stock to ensure its ability to operate safely

Starting Pay: $28-$33/hrMore pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level.

Shift: 12pm start time. Expect 8-10hr shifts. M-F. OT after 40hrs
