MigWay’s state-of-the-art Diesel Repair Shop is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing semi-trucks, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Pay: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

1. Diagnose and repair electrical systems, AC units, turbos, water pumps, and more
2. Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak vehicle performance
3. Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
4. Service a fleet of 270 semi-trucks and 450 semi-trailers
5. Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all repairs

What We’re Looking For:

1. At least 2 years of experience working on semi-trucks
2. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently
4. A commitment to quality workmanship and team collaboration
