Join Our Team as a Diesel Mechanic at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

We are immediately hiring a permanent, full-time Master Level Diesel Technician to support our truck fleet in New Stanton, PA. This role involves working on heavy-duty vehicles with a focus on maintenance and repair.

Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $34.28 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 four times a year
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 at 30 days and another $2,500 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM for the first 90 days, then Tuesday-Saturday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and complex repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic tools
• Support roadside assistance and remote triage
• Mentor and coach other technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Ability to pass Ryder's drug test, background check, and road test

Additional Notes

This position requires the ability to operate Ryder vehicles and obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duties is necessary.
