Job summary

TAD PGS, Inc. in Janesville, WI is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform PMs, diagnostics, troubleshooting (and occasional welding), service loaders, skid steers, forklifts, concrete mixers, and respond to roadside repair needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Experience with trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs.
• Mechanical, hydraulic and welding experience.
• Valid driver''s license; CDL preferred.

Well-established, family-owned company in the building materials industry with multiple locations across the country - Seeking an experienced Diesel Technician who can work independently, diagnose problems, and keep trucks and heavy equipment running safely while reducing equipment downtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Service loaders, skid steers, forklifts, concrete mixers, and other equipment.
• Perform PMs, diagnostics, troubleshooting (and occasional welding).
• Be able to work independently and respond to occasional roadside repair needs.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• At least 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong experience with trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and welding experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record. CDL preferred.
