Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Lead Diesel Technician in Astatula, FL, with a Mon–Fri schedule (7am–4pm) and earning $30–$35/hour. Overtime is readily available. You will diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment, perform PMs and diagnostics, and respond to occasional roadside repairs.

Requirements include at least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience, strong background with trucks and heavy equipment, and the ability to diagnose and complete repairs. CDL is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.

• Service loaders, skid steers, forklifts, concrete mixers, and other equipment.

• Perform PMs, diagnostics, troubleshooting (and occasional welding).

• Be able to work independently and respond to occasional roadside repair needs.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2years of diesel mechanic experience.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record. CDL preferred.

What We Offer

• Schedule: Mon to Fri, generally 7am to 4pm

• Salary: $30to $35/hour to start (depending on experience)

• Overtime: Readily available, with most mechanics working 40 to 50 hours per week.
