Blackwell Miami Inc. is seeking an experienced diesel and fleet mechanic for our Fort Lauderdale shop. You’ll work on delivery vans, box trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a steady year-round fleet environment.

Requirements include 3+ years as a diesel/fleet mechanic, CDL Class B, and strong diagnostic skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. We offer full-time hours with 10-hour days, six days a week in Fort Lauderdale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a diesel, fleet or automotive mechanic
• CDL Class B required (Class A a plus)
• Advanced diagnostics with scan tools and wiring diagrams
• Own hand tools
• ASE certification a plus
• English or Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance (PM) and DOT inspections on fleet vehicles
• Diagnostics and electrical work—check engine lights, no-starts, wiring
• Engine and drivetrain repair for gas and diesel
• Brakes, suspension and steering systems
• A/C diagnosis and repair
• Aftertreatment (DPF, DEF, regen)
• Test-driving vans and trucks (Isuzu NPR, Ford Transit, Freightliner)

We're hiring an experienced diesel and fleet mechanic for our Fort Lauderdale shop. You'll work on delivery vans, box trucks and straight trucks, gas and diesel, plus some heavy duty trucks. Steady, year-round fleet work.

• Valid CDL Class B (Class A a plus) — required
• Strong diagnostics with scan tools and wiring diagrams
• Own hand tools
• ASE certified a plus
• English or Spanish

THE WORK
