Promotive in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Tampa, FL seeks experienced Fleet Diesel Technicians for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no weekends. Earn $30–$45/hour with weekly pay and a choice of hourly or commission pay, plus earning potential of $60,000–$120,000+ per year.

You'll perform diesel inspections, diagnose drivability issues, complete fleet maintenance, and document repairs. Fleet experience with Freightliner or Peterbilt preferred; strong independent work ethic and team

About the Shop

The company is seeking experienced Fleet Diesel Technicians in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Tampa, FL, offering $30–$45/hour with hourly or commission compensation options. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and provides consistent year-round fleet workflow. Technicians work on fleet maintenance and diesel repair in an operation servicing approximately 100 vehicles weekly.
