Warren Cat is seeking an Engine Shop Technician II to deliver high-quality repair services for customer equipment. You will complete assigned jobs to standard times, use CAT diagnostics, and document work precisely while maintaining safety and product quality.

The position requires 3–5 years of diesel/automotive experience, strong tool proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Join a team dedicated to reliability and customer value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of diesel/automotive technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diesel/gas engines and hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Proficient use of tools, diagnostic software, laptops, and cranes.
• Ability to provide accurate quotes.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicle.
• Completion of Work Steps assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and metrics.
• Work safely and follow WCAT safety policies.
• Complete related paperwork (work orders, parts orders, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW).
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, inspect assemblies with minimal supervision.
