Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of fleet vehicles and equipment. You will document work, diagnose issues to manufacturer specs, and use Sysco computer programs to track maintenance activity.

This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Shift options include 1st and 3rd shifts with 10-hour days, a $600 boot and tool allowance, and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2 years of fleet maintenance plus 1 year experience, or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance.
• Current and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles/equipment within planned tolerances.
• Perform annual FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Perform quality preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize safety and reliability.
• Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely.
