• Conduct annual inspections on tractors, trailers, converters and related equipment per regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and reliability of the fleet.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Document work orders and mentor junior technicians.
