Qualifications

• 2-year school plus 1 year experience in fleet maintenance or 3 years of experience.
• Current and valid driver's license required.
• ASE certifications for Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct Annual inspections on all fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning vehicle components.

Skills

Expert knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and components

Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs

Moderate knowledge of DOT (FMCSA) regulations

Basic knowledge of welding and cutting

Basic computer skills

Education

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
