Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking a Garage Technician II / Mechanic in Ardmore, OK to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on our diesel fleet and trailers.

You will inspect and repair brake, HVAC, and drive line systems, perform electrical diagnostics, and provide breakdown support while documenting work and maintaining a clean, safe shop. A CDL is a plus, and a 2-year mechanic background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mechanic experience or technical school graduate
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 75 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of fleet diesel trucks and trailers
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet assets
• Repair brake, HVAC, drive line, electrical, lighting and onboard vehicle systems
• Provide breakdown support to drivers and other garage staff
• Document all work performed and keep the shop area clean and safe
