Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the U.S., seeks several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technician A’s at our Martin Brower facility in East Point, GA. Shift: Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00/hr, Based on experience/qualifications. We offer PTO, holidays, yearly raises, ASE/CDL incentives, 401K, life insurance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record per DOT regulations to operate company vehicles.
• CDL (License A) highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic technology/software where applicable.
• Perform complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to company, local, state, and federal policies, including DOT/OSHA requirements and safety practices.
