Qualifications

• Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Perform FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods.
• Perform quality maintenance repairs to maximize safety and reliability.
• Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups promptly and efficiently.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and repair to manufacturer specifications.
• Document all work performed on work orders.
• Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs.
• Proficient in electrical meter testing.
• Possess knowledge of DC low voltage controls and motor systems.
• Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed.
