Sysco Foods seeks a Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable vehicles through preventive maintenance and expert repairs. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs on engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, and document work per company procedures.

Qualifications

• Educational: trade/technical training for heavy/medium duty vehicles.
• Experience: fleet maintenance repair background and valid driver's license.
• Certifications: ASE/Brake Inspector/609 HVAC preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Complete annual inspections (FAI/CVI) per regulations.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Document work orders and maintain repair records.
• Utilize company diagnostic tools and stay current with DOT/OSHA regulations.
