Job summary

Reyes Holdings, a leader in beverage logistics, seeks a Fleet Diesel Mechanic A at our New Hudson, MI facility. You will repair and maintain tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units in our fleet shop, with a 3rd shift 7:00PM-3:30AM schedule.

Starting pay is $35.00/hr plus CDL incentive pay and weekly pay benefits. Responsibilities include diagnostics, detailed work orders, and safety/compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per DOT regulations.
• CDL A highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, up to 100+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Document work orders and preventative maintenance in the EAM system.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools where applicable.
• Perform inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, Reyes Fleet Management standards and safety programs.
• Possible travel; may drive Reyes vehicles; DOT Drug Screening per policy.
