Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician - B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to enhance technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 1–3 years of experience is preferred and a strong grasp of DOT rules is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of diesel technician experience.
• Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to stay updated with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level repairs – clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive diagnostics – troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance – DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline maintenance processes – collaborate with parts specialists and management to improve workflow.
• Commit to continuous learning – participate in OEM training and professional development opportunities.
