Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet in compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role offers continuous training and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment designed to advance your technical skills.

You will perform medium-level repairs, comprehensive diagnostics, and preventative maintenance, collaborating with parts and management to keep equipment reliable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs – conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics – troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes – work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to Continuous Learning – stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
